
April 1st is everyones favorite play a trick on someone with April Fools Day, and yes you guessed it someone got me this year again, I am so gullible when will I ever learn?
But April is also the beginning of Spring and the advent of new life and growth!

April 4th brought us Mark Underwood is an inventor and co-founder and president of Quincy Bioscience in Madison, Wisconsin. Mark is responsible for researching the "calcium binding protein" found in jellyfish and developing it for use as a calcium regulator in the human nervous system. His company has found a way to protect brain cells from calcification which interferes with brain function and memory. Mark has documented the journey of his discovery in the book "Gift from the Sea."

Dr. Roger Russo -Founder of Stay Fit Seniors – Dr. Roger will discuss how Stay Fit Seniors was conceived in 2004. During 25 years of Chiropractic Care Dr. Russo had helped many senior patients but recognized that chiropractic care alone could only take them so far. Dr. Russo felt that his senior patients needed exercise and that's when he formulated the beginning of Stay Fit Seniors. Joining him today is Dr. Paul Waisbrot of Stay Fit Seniors in Loveland, Ohio.
