What Exciting Adventures Has Kathryn Been on Lately?

The “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” Meet the Producers Adventure (May 2-5): Staying current and getting the story as is her unstoppable modus operandi, Kathryn dashed to New York City to chat with no less than the producers of the latest Indy Jones blockbuster at the famed Helmsley Hotel.

The “Personal Audience with the Three Divas” Adventure (May 3): After attending the unforgettable Diva’s Concert at Radio City Music Hall, Kathryn was invited backstage to personally chat up three of the most divine of all divas: Diana Ross, Patty LaBelle, and Chaka Khan. At her side for these thrilling moments were Ted Farnsworth, CEO of Purple and Bob Ellis, also of Purple.

In further thrilling odysseys and adventures:

Kathryn jetted off to the nation’s capitol on May 8 for the Washington, DC Gala at the Women in Film Event at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. There she interviewed for both her radio and television shows an American icon, Patty Duke, an Academy Award-winning actress of stage and screen.

On May 14, Kathryn’s charismatic presence and expert fund-raising abilities were in demand at the Shadow Box Cabaret in Newport, KY at their Annual Fund Raiser.

Look out, roosters! It might not have been Girls Gone Wild (thank heavens) but it was Chick’s Night out on May 22 at Newport, Kentucky’s Reserve Restaurant with Purple. Ever-dynamic Kathryn, always a luminary at any social gathering, was there to enliven the festivities.

Another night of Kathryn’s light on the Levy at the Reserve Restaurant happened on May 28, when Kathryn appeared with Purple for interviews at the Film Opening of the new “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull” movie.

Special Report!!! The “Kathryn and the Energizer Bunny Affair”:

Even the Energizer Bunny Honors the unstoppable Kathryn! Kathryn Raaker is now one of 100 semifinalists across the nation for a spot in the Energizer “Keep Going” Hall of Fame (see Press Release). Kathryn has been recognized by Energizer for her determination, perseverance, and never-quit spirit which have caused her public life of charitable work through the media and many other outlets to impact so many.
